‘WeGROW’ operates its production facilities in accordance with strict GACP and CUMCS-GAP principles for cultivation, extraction and the processing of cannabis for the medicinal and pharmaceutical markets. The 60,000 square meter facility has 30,000 square meter of production space in a unique hybrid greenhouse environment and employs >100 members of the surrounding communities.
The greenhouses are built to harness the power of the sun and improve the quality of the cannabis flower. The unique greenhouse design utilizes the power of the sun to increase terpenes and resin development throughout the life cycle of the plant. This unique growing technique, paired with innovative processing techniques, allows for a finely cured and polished product that consumer across Europe enjoy.
The best-practice production plan was set-up and operated according to the Good Manufacturing Practices of the EU and in full compliance with the CUMCS standards.
WeGROW is producing at highest quality in a facility that sets the gold standard for the cannabis industry. Our greenhouses are powered by sunlight to provide optimal growing conditions.
Compassionate pricing is a game-changer that not only subscribes to our values of accessibility for all, but makes us highly competitive as a supplier to international markets.
At WeGROW, we have advanced cannabis cultivation expertise that allows us to produce consistent, high-quality medical cannabis.
Our team of expert growers has developed rigorous protocols and practices that ensure that every plant is grown under ideal conditions, receiving the proper nutrients, light, and environment to thrive. By adhering to these standards, we’re able to produce a reliable and consistent supply of medical cannabis that meets the needs of our patients.
Our focus on consistency has allowed us to become a leader in the medical cannabis industry, and we’re committed to continuing to innovate and improve our cultivation methods to provide the best possible care for our patients.
WeGROW’s cannabis technological greenhouses are state-of-the-art facilities specifically designed for the cultivation of cannabis. Our greenhouses use advanced technology and techniques to create the ideal growing environment for cannabis plants.
Our cannabis mother room is a dedicated space within a our cultivation facility that is used for the propagation of new cannabis plants. This allows our growers to take cuttings, or clones, from the mother plants, which are then used to propagate new plants. By using a mother room, our cultivators can ensure the consistency of their cannabis strains and maintain genetic purity.
WeGROW’s smart greenhouses are equipped with specialized lighting, ventilation, and irrigation systems that can be carefully controlled and monitored to maintain consistent growing conditions, regardless of external factors like weather or season – 365 days a year.
We understand that the final stages of the cultivation process, including hand trimming, hang drying, and curing, are critical to producing high-quality medical cannabis. That’s why our team of experts has developed rigorous protocols and practices that ensure consistency and attention to detail in every step of the post-harvest process.
We hand trim all of our plants to ensure that only the best parts are used for production. We hang dry our cannabis in a controlled environment to allow for the proper drying and curing process. And we carefully monitor and adjust humidity and temperature levels to achieve optimal results.
By focusing on consistency in our post-harvest processing, we’re able to produce medical cannabis that is not only of the highest quality but also provides the best possible therapeutic benefits to our patients.
Our post-harvest facility is powered by world-class agronomists, manufacturing experts and state-of-the-art drying equipment, all of which drive our commitment to quality, purity and consistency.
The room is designed to provide the ideal environment for the drying process, which is critical to preserving the quality and potency of the cannabis. The room has controlled temperature and humidity levels, with good air circulation to ensure that the cannabis dries evenly. The harvested plants are hung upside down from drying racks or lines, allowing them to dry slowly over a period of several days to a couple of weeks. This process allows the plant to gradually release moisture and break down excess chlorophyll, resulting in a smoother smoking or vaping experience for the end user.
Hand trimming is preferred over machine trimming because it allows for greater precision and control, resulting in a higher quality final product. Hand trimming also preserve the delicate trichomes on the buds, which contain the essential oils and cannabinoids that give the cannabis its therapeutic properties.
Every cannabis product we produce undergoes extensive testing by our experienced in-house scientists and third-party laboratories test for potency levels as well as impurities such as microbiological contaminants, heavy metals, pesticides and aflatoxins.
We analyze on-site each batch by using specialized equipment and techniques to determine the exact THC content of the sample. Once the THC levels are determined, the information can be used to help guide the cultivation and distribution of the cannabis, and to ensure that the product meets regulatory standards for safety and labeling.
